"The apartment was lovely with amazing views to the sea and the acropolis. We arrived a little early but we were invited to have a beer whilst we waited for our rooms to be cleaned. You are at the top of Lindos and so you need to be prepared to walk down into town which suited us because the views were amazing and you are an equal distance from both major beaches. "

Perfect walking distance into the town and also really close to a bus stop for days out to Rhodes Old Town etc. All the stuff are very welcoming and we will definitely be back. "We had five nights at Xenones while staying in Lindos for a wedding and it was perfect. It's in a great location for exploring the town and is right on the doorstep of all the bars and restaurants. We understand the larger hotels along the main road allow people to use their pools for the price of a drink which we did on one occasion and I'd recommend that - stay right in the heart of it at Xenones but the option of a pool is there. The terrace at Xenones where they serve breakfast and drinks is lovely with beautiful views over the town and of the Acropolis. We were in room D15 and the little shared courtyard outside was lovely for enjoying lunch or an evening drink. The rooms are fine with a decent size bed, lots of storage and a small kitchenette and bathroom. The very efficient aircon is free (just make sure you turn it off when out) and there is a small safe (although it's not bolted down - but the place is very secure). One tiny thing I would say is the kitchen could be slightly better equipped - there was no sharp knife, chopping board, olive oil, salt, pepper etc as you often get in self catering but it wasn't really a problem as we only made food a handful of times. Arther is a fantastic and very friendly host and nothing is too much trouble and before our arrival Andy was very helpful in assisting us with where to park. (Xenones is a short walk from one of the town's main car parks so very handy). We would throughly recommend Xenones for any Lindos stay."
