"The bungalow was clean and comfortable. Perfect for my family which included a baby and toddler. The property, although basic, had everything you need for a week away. It really was excellent value for money. The owner was amazingly helpful and communicated with us quickly. We loved having the surrounding garden and off street parking. This was our second visit and we will certainly be returning. Thank you."

"River crest is a lovely comfortable well equipped cottage with everything we needed for our weeks stay. It was clean and has a good shower. The bed was cosy and comfortable. The best thing is the view across looe and out to sea. Looe is a very nice place to stay with good shops and pubs. It is handy for a number of national trust properties. "Looe is my happy place. The cottage was a standard fisherman's cottage and was clean, well kept and had all the things you need. Only down side is the stairs which even for able bodied people are difficult at times (carrying cups of tea) however that was advised so it is still a 5/5 from us."

"The property was lovely, very clean and tidy. Only a couple of moans, there was no welcome pack to say what time the pub was open etc, no paperwork for the tv and we weren't told there is wifi, when bookings it said no wifi! Some of the plastic utensils were so bendy they couldn't really do their job properly ie potato masher and serving spoons!! Apart from that everything was great."

"We had a wonderful stay at Mabel’s cottage. John and Wendy were great hosts, very easy check in and then left us to enjoy our stay, but we’re on hand if we needed it. The cottage is really comfortable with amazing outdoor space and views over the tor. We only wish we had stayed longer. We will be back!"

"Ian was very helpful given Vrbo platform comms was awful (App may be better). Had a lovely couple of days stay and excellent local dog walking and Beach a short walk too. Cottage was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Well positioned for local coastal adventuring. Would recommend arriving in day light as the car park is not lit and access for unloading everything was not that straightforward! Otherwise a great stay."

"Stayed in wheel lodge for a short 4 night stay in the Summer school holidays. Accommodation just right as a base for x 2 people and our dog. Good facilities and everything you needed for a short stay. Comfy and clean - there were a fair few well established cobwebs in the bedroom and flies, but this is to be expected in a working farm. We cannot fault the property and love the fact that it’s situated in the heart of Boscastle and so close to many other places to visit. We hope to return again next year. "We booked the cottage to allow us access to the coastal path. It was perfect for all drop offs and pick ups! Weather was rather against us, but luckily the cottage had good washing facilities and we had dry clothes for every day. Everyone slept well. We also used the local pub twice for an evening meal and we were grateful for its close proximity. All in all a good comfortable stay which everyone enjoyed."

"We had a wonderful stay in this amazing cottage. Lots of room for the whole family and the amenities were great. Charlestown can be notoriously busy, but since this cottage is behind the shipwreck center it was peaceful and quiet even on a busy weekend. Loved waking up to the view of the sea in the distance. We will absolutely consider staying again on a future trip! If I had to come up with any suggestions, I might suggest getting some bedside lamps so that kids who are afraid of the dark can...

"Fantastic property, very clean and beautiful decorated. It is well stocked with equipment. It has a secure back garden with decking and grass. Ideal for our dog. There is outdoor seating in the garden and it is private. The property is in good location not to near the Town centre but you can easily walk into the Town. I Highly recommend this property."

"Great place for a family get together. Plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and games room were well used. The house is bright, modern and comfortable. Some of the double bedrooms were smaller than expected but fine overall. Beds were very comfortable. It was useful to have extra living space in the annexe. The lounge there became a temporary home office. One downside-the dishwasher was not adequate for the number of people staying at full occupancy. We spent too much time at the kitchen sink....
