"Upon arrival I was asked if I have a vehicle on the car park. I entered the reg in the parking eye only to be told after it’s a £9 charge because I didn’t book direct. It’s actually free parking on the street 6pm - 8am. I lost count at 7 of how many times the fire alarm went off, other guests were saying 12 times. After paying £161 for the room including breakfast I had a terrible night. Breakfast was really nice to be fair."

"Nice clean room, bathroom was above average, breakfast was below average but the evening meal was way above average well cooked, i went for a meal on the Indian menu. "

"The stay overall was fine, but, we arrived late in the evening, and the windows in the room were open - on a chilly evening, and we couldn't get the heating to work. And the water pressure in the shower was very poor, which was a major disappointment, as the actual shower looked very inviting.."
