"Room was big enough for my mums mobility scooter to get in and for her to turn around. Was very clean and tidy. The shower had a seat in so this helped. Breakfast was very nice, food hot and lots of choice. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again. "

"What a lovely hotel - couldn't fault it. Had never heard of the brand of hotel before, but all was good. Very quiet hotel so had a peaceful sleep. We eat there too and again, couldn't fault the food or staff - would definitely use this brand of hotel again"

"We had a great stay at the BW Ipswich. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms clean and airy. Breakfast was basic but adequate. Car park conveniently in front of reception. PodPoint EV charger on site. Only a few other guests staying which might be because it's being renovated but we suffered no inconvenience from that at all. Some of the common areas are looking a bit tired and will welcome the forthcoming renovation but our room was freshly decorated and above average size with a large comfortable bed and good sized bathroom. Restaurant and gym are not yet re-opened but SkyTV in the bar area was a bonus. A really good VFM weekend stay."
