"A lovely, comfortable, well equipped, cottage. A perfect location, with plenty to do. Lots of useful info and recommendations from Jo, the owner. Lovely walks with the dog...a co-op just seconds away in case you forgot something. We had a gorgeous Sunday roast at the Yachtsmans Arms...Maggie, my hungry springer, was welcomed too and even got her own lunch! I totally recommend a trip here..."

"A very cosy, comfortable place to stay to explore the surrounding area. Just a few minutes from beaches, local towns and historic places to explore. Lamb Barn had everything we needed for a week's stay and the owners were very helpful and approachable. As others have mentioned the noise from the road was the negative. Dog friendly with an enclosed garden and super dog bean bag that out wee dog loved."

"I booked this stay for a birthday getaway for me and a couple of friends. It was so beautiful, the location was amazing just outside of a picturesque village. Everything we could need was provided. The beds were amazingly comfortable, the hot tub was exceptional and the communication from Charlie was excellent! Would 100% recommend to anyone looking at booking this place! "Very nice quaint cottage everything you need for a comfortable stay. Bed very comfy. The only downside for me was the very steep narrow stairs but were manageable. The owner was very nice and helpful lovely breakfast basket left in the kitchen with bacon eggs tomatoes bread butter and milk. A fire made in the grate just needed lighting. I had a very pleasant stay would definitely stay there again."

"The cottage was beautiful, well equipped, comfy, cosy, well situated and an absolute gem! Go no further than Frinton Escapes! My first time and the cottage was ideal. Close to ALL amenities in a close, so quiet but everything on its doorstep. Great history behind it too. If you do t go, you will be the loser! "
