"- Bedbugs infestation - do not go to this hotel. - I was at the hotel for 3 nights and changed rooms 3 times. I captured the bugs in a bag and showed receptionists and management, the bugs, and my bites all over my body. They disregarded my complaint and refused me a refund. "The breakfast bar was pretty hard core! Omlette station, hot items, bread/toast/pastries, cereals, yogurt & fruit- this was big & plentiful. Excellent value! Location cant be beat! Right outside Tower Bridge, bus stop to all major attractions near by, tube near by... this hotel can be very local. The bed was gorgeous!! Curtains were heavy enough to block out light for a deep restful sleep. Cannot hear any noise from outside- best sleep I've had in months!"
