When you enter this splendid, family-friendly home, you will be greeted by a large great room with vaulted ceilings and hardwood floors throughout. The condo is well appointed, comfortable and close to the amenities that St. James offers. It's obvious this is a well cared for home and not 'just a rental,' as it had everything - including cleaning supplies, extra linens, and a few spices in the kitchen to help put a meal together. Guests are also able to use the beach club and its pool and the pool in the neighborhood. Highly recommend if you're visiting the area- you won't want leave!

Lots of space. Very clean. Beautifully decorated. Plenty of towels, dishes, blankets, books, etc. Clean pool in close proximity. Quiet neighborhood. Gated... Be sure to be aware of gate closing times. They are different at each gate but manageable. Just be aware and take note.

As much as we loved our stay sadly, we won't be back. The accessibility of only one main gate was a huge inconvenience. We spent more traveling time getting out of and into St.James versus our destination. The nearest gate to this property was only a couple minutes away however, if this gate wasn't manned you had to drive elsewhere. It would end up taking us 8 minutes to the next gate and another 7-8 minutes to the condominiums. Inconvenient and this was not mentioned upon booking. Other than that, it was great! We did drive to Holden Beach to find sea shells.
