We had 10 (5 couples) in our group. The home and property are beautiful, spacious, and clean and only minutes from the Old Course, St. Andrews and other nearby towns and villages. Exceptionally well maintained and was a great layout for us. We were a party of 6, 3 Dads with their sons who just graduated. Although we were just 6, the house easily would handle 10\. The kitchen is great for morning pre-golf breakfasts. Living room was A for an end of evening Scotch. With three bathrooms, two of which had great showers, getting ready in the morning was easy. The water was always hot!! Great room beside the kitchen for storing the clubs and for beers in the second fridge. Although we drove most times, the walk into town was very doable. There is a walking path at the end of the entry drive that goes straight to town. Overall exceptional experience and I know where we will be staying next time in St. Andrews! ##### Michael F. The house was always warm and the kitchen was the heart of the place. Good facilities in general. The lounge furniture could do with updating, we all found the settees uncomfortable. There was lots of wildlife however, very large spiders and lots of flies. The track up to the house was bumpy and full of potholes. It’s remote location made the place beautiful and quiet, nothing to disturb you at night. It is close to St Andrews, just 6 mins drive or a pleasant walk.
