The location is fine and the property good. The problem is that there are student rentals all around the unit and they keep much later hours than older travelers. The rental agent was VERY accommodating and responsive, however we would not stay there again because we did not get much rest honestly. Kitchen is spacious for Scotland, and the balcony is a great place to have coffee in the morning. Only two cons: 1) the third bedroom is extremely small, and more importantly, the mattress isn't near the quality of the other two rooms. We only used two bedrooms, so it didn't matter. But if there were three buddies going to golf, it will be a problem. 2) No clothes drier; it is a washer only set up. No big deal most of the time, but if it is warm and humid out, it can be very hard to dry clothes.
