"Older manufactured home has been updated. We appreciated that each area had its own mini split unit for individual climate control. Area felt safe and quiet. Good hot water and water pressure. Kitchen was stocked for stovetop cooking but not much for baking, and no water glasses. (We just drank everything from the coffee cups.) Split bedroom layout was good for two couples. "

"This was the best stay we have had in the over 35 years of going back to NY to visit family. Was such a refreshing change to be able to have family and friends come to our place to visit. The Host couldn't have been nicer in working with us as we were first time Vrbo users and made a few mistakes. The house was wonderful, and they had everything they promised and more.
