"Everything was great, friendly staff and everything maintained to a high standard. The breakfast was great and in a lovely setting. The only issue I had was I couldn’t connect to the WIFI when I needed to as the code wasn’t in the visitor guide. It simply said speak to a member of staff if you are having trouble, but it was too late for that and unfortunately this is a far greater inconvenience that maybe it should be. But such is the world we live in. This is, however, surely a very simple fix. In any case, I do plan on staying here again on a regular basis, needing to stay in Glastonbury at least once per month for the foreseeable future. I will just make sure I get connected during check in moving forward and that’s the one tip I would give to others, as that small hiccup aside, you couldn’t ask for a nicer place reasonably priced."

"What a wonderful find! We stayed here as we had a 6.00 flight from Bristol Airport. We couldn't fault anything: the location was fabulous, the staff were extremely helpful, the food very tasty. What a lovely touch to allow guests to have a free round of 9-hole golf! We were really peeved we didn't have enough time to take advantage of this very kind gesture. We will definitely stay here again."

"Overall for a short stay it was good. I didn't use the pool although quite a few in our party were going to after I left. Hotel is dated & could do with a fresh look but I understand cost issues etc so happy with what I got. Minor quibble, as with all hotels, why only a minimum number of milk sachets/cartons? It's a long traipse from 2nd floor to reception (who wasn't very friendly at all when I was there!), to get a couple of extra ones! Bar staff were friendly, always a bonus!"

"Friendly staff, really good size room, nicely decorated. Let down by a really uncomfortable mattress that was lumpy and uneven plus a foul smell of fungus in the bathroom. The bathroom itself looked clean, so I suspect it originated in the drains."
