"We had a wonderful stay at this property. Each bedroom was unique with its own charm. Beautiful views from the bedrooms and the whole house. Loved the boathouse! The rooftop patio was enjoyed several times a day. Kids loved the volleyball, water mat and trampoline. And the kayaks - we couldn’t get enough of the kayaks as it was so beautiful on the lake. It was cozy, lots of room for family and we will really miss being there! Thank you to our wonderful hosts."

"The cottage was spotless and beautifully equipped with everything you would need. It was a beautiful lakefront view. My grandchildren canoed, paddleboarded and kayaked on the lake and loved the jumping rock. The kids fished every night for lots of sunfish and perch. I'm sure they kept fishing and catching one poor little fish over and over. We had a great time. Our host was wonderful."

"The house overall is nice and a great set up for a big group. Each of our couples had their own rooms and the kids were able to all bunk up together and share a bathroom, which was great. I don’t expect the best of the best in a rental property but we had a few issues with the house that caused frustration and made the price feel high.First and foremost, the pool was completely broken during our entire stay. The host initially tried to do a quick fix before we checked in but it was never actually fixed and we could not use during our entire week. I would have expected more of an effort from the host to get a professional out to remediate vs asking us to keep refilling the water, add chlorine, wait for the filter to run, etc. Ultimately we booked the house bc of the pool and not having the ability to use it was very frustrating. The nice Miele coffee machine did not work. Luckily there was a back up pot but disappointing. WiFi was slow our entire trip, and the tv stopped working after our second night. The host did help with WiFi so we could stream a World Cup match but other than that, fairly hard to use devices. Of course we spent most of our time outside so not a huge deal, just would have expected more for the price!Outside of the issues at the house, the location is fantastic. Easy to rent boats and other water toys at the marina. The lake itself was beautiful and we had a lot of fun out on the water."

"We had a great time at this cottage. Plenty of space for our large group, but only 1 washroom in main floor unit - 2nd washroom was upstairs on separate unit, which we hardly use. Since there was nice large dock and swimming area on the lake, we didn't use the pool. We had access to 2 canoes and 1 kayak which we used every day. We were given a tour of the cottage upon our arrival and the place was very clean. The only concern I have is the voice alarm when the front door or windows were open. It was annoying for the person sleeping in the sofa."

"This was a great location for a large group on a golf trip. All amenities were on site, plenty of room and comfortable beds made the weekend very enjoyable. Hot tub and sauna worked great, and plenty of room for lawn games and beach volleyball were exactly what we were looking for! Host was very responsive and process was super easy. Would stay here again and would recommend to anyone with a sizeable group looking for a relaxing and fun filled stay."

"Beautiful and secluded property with a huge deck overlooking the lake. The group I took up all thoroughly enjoyed staying here for a few days. The deck was great to hang out on in the sun along with the shade the trees provided. Swimming is a little grassy but the water is warm and great for going out on the kayaks or floating. Firepit and BBQ were great. As the host notes, check the propane when you get there for the BBQ. Rooms were great for what we needed, we had seven adults sleep there no problem. Would definitely book again!"

"Our stay at Bethany's cottage in the woods was great! The cabin is cozy, private but not secluded, it was a quick trip to town!We loved the hot tub and sauna and we had more then enough space for the 4 of us who stayed. We would definitely stay again, hopefully in the summer the next time to see the cottage with all the beautiful trees!"
