"The unit met the needs of my wife and I. It is very small, so be aware if you are bringing a family that it will be cramped. The master bed could use replacing. The unit appeared to be clean with kitchen and baths somewhat updated. The property itself is pretty old. There was a dehumidifier unit in the hall that I emptied twice a day. The unit is in the very front of the property so you are quite a walk to the beach or to even knowing you are on the beach. You will not hear waves or have a view from the back porch. Its kind of hidden back behind and below everything. It is steps from the pool which is heavily shaded with huge trees. It is very convenient to both the Omni and the Ritz, maybe 5 minute drive from both.I was a little overwhelmed by all the information, rules and requirements that i received prior to my arrival. This was very unwelcoming and frankly too much to read. I would recommend revisiting this in the future."

"The house was perfect for hosting 7 guests. There was plenty of room to be together, and enough space throughout the house that we could spread out. Not every house has a kitchen table that can accommodate a large group, which we appreciated. The views and beach access were amazing! We didn’t need to contact the host for a thing during our stay, and all our pre-travel questions were answered quickly."

"Kerby was a superb host and described the home accurately. The location was very peaceful yet close to all area attractions/beaches/restaurants. The home was well stocked with all kitchen items and bathroom items as well as extra towels. We will definately request to stay again...and highly recommend."
