Bicycles were provided for free and made for a great way to get around and see Fernandina. The happy hour made for a nice way to meet other guests. I absolutely would recommend The Addison as a great place to stay on Amelia Island. Nobody was there to check us in when we arrived at 4:50 pm. No note or anything, even though I had emailed our arrival time, which was within their normal hours. The hostess showed up about 10 min later, a little blasé. No happy hour snacks as advertised on their own website, and no explanation of why not. Just wine or beer, which were plentiful.
