"Very dated room with gross shag carpet…and to top it off my husband had a huge roach in the shower the morning we left…we understand critters are somewhat uncontrollable things but just topped off our feeling of how old and dirty the room was….especially for the price. Only upside was hotel amenities. Checkin/out and everything on property besides the room was satisfactory."

"Direct ocean front views of the beach and pool. Enjoy your coffee in the morning while watching the sun come up. Johanna is a fantastic host and will answer any questions you might have. The condo is on the grounds of the Omni resort. Try the Omni pool bar in the afternoon for drinks and light food. A 5-minute walk. Watch out for the seagulls, they will steal your french fries!. Also on the resort grounds is the excellent Nonna Mia Italian restaurant .Make a reservation about a week ahead of time it can fill up quickly. For dinner take a relaxing drive to 2 local restaurants about 20 minutes south of the Omni. One is called the Sanddollar The seafood portofina entree was excellent. No need to dress up wear your shorts and a t-shirt. The other restaurant is called Palms fish camp. A local Hangout with great food.. if time permits take an hour and 20 minutes drive to St Augustine for its rich culture and great restaurants. All in all of very enjoyable stay!"

"The villa was clean, well stocked, very well decorated, amazing view from the kitchen, and the king bed was comfortable. The bathrooms need updating, and the overall building needed lots of maintenance. For the price, I expected a bit more. The elevator was unpredictable. It worked part of the time. "

"We enjoyed our stay! We stayed at the Omni the previous year and preferred staying at this condo. It has a lot of space and the pool was fantastic for me, my wife and kids. The condo was stocked with dishwasher and laundry detergent, soap, shampoo, etc. which was great. I notice that some people commented about the stairs, but we enjoyed having 3 floors separated by a few stairs.The pictures accurately reflect what the place is like. The beach was a 2-minute walk down a nice boardwalk. Great views of the ocean.Two thumbs up!"
