"Fabulous central location on the Market Square, St. Neots. Easy, fast drive to towns and cities or into the local countryside. Clean and comfortable from top to bottom, with all the basic supplies thoughtfully provided, e.g. milk, marmalade, washing soap, etc. For the best sleep, if 'sensitive,' bring an eye mask and use the provided ear plugs. "We wanted to visit Cambridge and nearby areas and the house was well located for that. The house was nice and spacious which was great for the kids to play and explore. Having a park right on its doorstep was a bonus. The hosts were very responsive and we encountered no problems at all before, during or after our stay. I'd recommend staying at this house for anyone interested in a lovely family break in Cambridgeshire."

"Had a fantastic 50th birthday weekend away at the cottage. Best of traditional features but with all the mod cons you could want. Underfloor bathroom heating, modern and fully equipped kitchen and easy to entertain for 10 people. Loads of parking space, outdoors and indoor entertaining possible with a nice private garden. Overall if you want a family or friends getaway this is a great place within easy distance to Cambridge and surrounding area."

"Stayed for a few days after Christmas. Ages from 7 to 68, and all felt comfortable. Well equipped kitchen. Able to cook large roast dinner. Smaller oven a little difficult to access but can be done. Hot tub loved by all. Microwave, games machine, large Tv all available. Large enclosed garden. Owner reply’s to enquiries almost immediately. Excellent service. Thank you very much."

"Lovely little house, with everything you need for a home from home. Downsides- there is child lock on the Wi-fi, not good for a tradesman working away. Cold house- woke up every morning shivering. Wasn’t sure how to set heating timer. And next door there are elderly neighbours who must be deaf- they are night owls and I’m sure their tv is directly opposite the wall of bed stand. Was maybe 2am before all was quiet. Also nothing to do with house but there were scrambler bikes going up and down...

"The property was clean and adequate for our needs for 2 nights but we felt that some updating and repairs to the property were required. The major problem was the awful noise in the evenings from some of the neighbors and children which made it impossible to sit outside. No consideration for others until 11pm. I'm sorry to say we won't be using this property again."

"Good base for the week. Did have a couple of times people trying to get in as they thought it was part of the raptor foundation so had to have the door locked all the time. Walls are very thin so could hear the people next door snoring all night. There is a sign up in the bath room saying after 5days you get fresh linen and towels but this didnt happen, i stayed for 7nights. It would of been nice for the bin to of been emptied in that time as its a tiny bin. Room was nice and big, same with the...
