"From start to finish everything was great, communication with Oliver was excellent, check in was so easy and the house was clean and up to a high standard. We had to call our hosts with a power issue on our first night and they couldn't have been more helpful. "The home itself needs attention. The appliances all work, yet there are cracked and weathered flooring and light fixtures. The grounds surrounding the house are untended- weeds growing from every surface.The hosts are responsive and kindly. It is painful to me to write this review."

"A perfect location for our young family for a stay over Christmas, with plenty space and private garden views. Lyn is an excellent host, and the Cottage is a wonderfully presented property. Everything we needed was provided. We had a very comfortable stay and hope to return in future."

"We absolutely loved our stay here! Everything in the property worked perfectly and all the rooms very clean. The photos don’t do the property justice!"

"My son and I visited with some friends and their kids for 1 night over the may bank holiday. The house has plenty of space and the kids enjoyed exploring and picking their rooms. It's close to a Budgins and fish and chip shop so food was easily available. We went to Stanwick Lakes which is only 20mins drive away and a giant free adventure play area."
