"The hotel is in beautiful settings - as you approach it, either on foot or by boat, it is a real treat for the eye. The staff were very helpful and our room was well presented and spacious. It would have been helpful to have had access to the pool areas, which were unavailable due to “inclement weather”. The challenge with that is that there is very little else to do with kids when you’re staying in a hotel, so some thought about how to keep the pools open in the rain would be valued. "
