This property is a hidden gem. We absolutely loved it. The only downside is that when enquiring about the spa there was no massage services which would have been a bonus. Will definitely be staying again

Modern hotel on outskirts of city but easy access to centre by bus or tram. Excellent spacious rooms; high standard. Pleasant and helpful staff. Reasonable prices. Highly recommended

The location of the hotel is good and safe. But the hardware needs to be further improved, eg the room could be noisy at night when tram passed by even when all windows were closed. One of the keycards could not be used to control the lift or open the room door.

We enjoyed our one night stay at the Grand Viscounti. The staff were extremely helpful and the room was beautiful and clean. We enjoyed using the facilities such as the pool, sauna and steam room. The only improvements needed in this area would be the door to be fixed on the steam room as it didnt close properly and the sauna to include ladel/water to make it hotter. Overall we had a relaxing stay and would return again.

Excellent hotel. Staff couldn't have been more helpful. Even to the point when one of them went to sort out buying my son and I the tickets for the metro, as the lady didn't understand me!
Rooms were cleaned superbly and even after we left them late in the day.

Very convenient to Linate airport. Shuttle was a breeze and check in and out was under 5mins. Best cocktails in the bar if you have time, great lounge music too. Staff were very friendly. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

The hotel had very good facilities and was pleasing and in location where it is easy to get to the city centre. With one of our group being a child with severe #foodallergy to multiple foods; we have had avaryong experiences before. We let this hotel know via eamil, were asked to confirm this at check-in and staff (both Reception and catering) were well-informed, seemed to have procedures in place and were able to make in-hotel dining and room-service as safe as possible (ie, reduced risks). ...

Great location for exploring Milan. Literally a couple of minutes from the Metro, but there is so much within walking distance. You basically walk out of the hotel onto the Corso Como which has so many nice bars and restaurants, with a fantastic aperitivo offering! The hotel itself is contemporary, in good condition and very clean. The rooms are a little stripped back, but we quite liked the minimalist look and feel. Great breakfast, excellent staff.

Great hotel if you want to be near the San Siro Stadium. We stayed two nights (myself and two sons) when travelling to watch Southampton play against Inter Milan. The stadium is just over a mile walk. There are many bars and eating establishments in the area and the tram stops outside the hotel and takes you directly into the city centre.
Desk staff were very helpful and spoke excellent English.

The location of the hotel is very close to the train station, so it is convenient to travel. The service of the hotel staff was great. When I checked out of the hotel, I found that I had left my clothes in the hotel room. After I contacted the hotel reception, the staff found my clothes and kept it for me. The hotel offers different kinds of pillows, which is an especially good experience.

We were in modern extension. My husband was aware of the trams passing including at night. I was not. Perhaps not good for a light sleeper.
Spa lovely. 5 year old was wonderfully welcomed by all staff.

Hidden off Via Tortona and steps away from Mudec Museum and the buzzing Navigli area is this modern and cleverly design boutique hotel .
Made from steel, wood , glass and white canvas his hotel is a hidden Oasis in the middle of Milan - fresh and fragrant. All social areas have big, bright open spaces and every room is uniquely scented with customised fragrances made there.
Toiletries are a treat, staff charming and always helpful. Lobby space is open and brillant for parties, or just...

The apartments are less than 5 minutes walk from Duomo Piazza, Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II and La Scala. There are a lot of shops and restaurants in the area we tried the restaurants in a square near to the apartments all of which provided very good food at a reasonable price.
