"The room was clean. It was nice that the water was complementary. The fridge did not really work and my leftovers were ruined. The bathroom lights were extremely dim. The water was super hot and the closet was spacious."

"Everything was wonderful smooth check in and out. Only thing is the shower curtains lol. Water everywhere. Other than that would book again especially with breakfast included !"

"I was supposed to check in at 4:00pm. I get a a call to check in my room until after 10:00pm. Once I was able to check in staff could not guarantee that my room would be clean. After checking in and inspecting that room was clean enough to staff the night, I was denied more towels as 4 people were in one room and we only had 3 towels. If at was to check out of a room 6 hours late I would be charged for any additional day. I feel my room should be comp and I should receive a free staff if I ever decided to return to this hotel, which is highly unlikely due to the service and my experience."
