Very nice hotel. We stayed for one night to attend the USWNT soccer events( public training session and game), going on the weekend of September19-20. Nice clean rooms, comfortable beds and very quite. Got a great nights rest. Hotel staff we encountered were very pleasant and professional. The only negitive thing was that they needed more help in the Bistro the night we stayed. The poor guy was slammed when we gave him our orders. Despite that he was still very nice.
I would stay here again should I need too.
We were encouraged to "upgrade" to their 2nd B&B. Was never told it was a 3 story and climbing 3 flights of stairs was not good for us being ages76 & 82! Could not carry luggage so removed clothes as needed from suitcase in car. Bath was nice. Room was small and no room to get out of bed on right side. Decor was really nice everywhere. breakfast, exceptional and beautifully presented. 3rd floor was a surprise and a negative, however. Insufficient parking also.

I stay at this hotel at least once a year for business at UAB.The hotel is in an excellent location (5 points area). Several restaurants are near by. It has valet service, although there is ample parking in the parking garage behind the hotel, very reasonable. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend it.
"Great location for downtown events and landmarks. "
Had to walk to nearby gas stations for coffee and neither had decaf. Fridge did not work and was immediately replaced. TV reception was erratic but they did carry FOX NEWS. Location allowed us to walk to our events.
