I got a very good value room and was suspicious it might be too good to be true, but it was perfectly pleasant, clean, had a nice working shower and comfortable bed. I arrived late at night (no problem) and left early in the morning and it was ideal. First impression of the hotel was not great as the lobby and lift are very small. However I am happy with the room and found the staff extremely helpful generally. It’s great to hear the staff telling American tourists about the history of royalty :)
