Everything was absolutely excellent. Great service, amenities, restaurant. This a top-tier hotel, no doubt, and they are an example for all others to follow.

The hotel was nice but our hotel stay was made amazing by Ying Zi Shang of the concierge team. She was extremely welcoming and very easy to talk to, if I wanted to discuss my plans for the day. Our hotel stay would not have been the same without her.

Quiet and relaxing if you wanted and good attractions in the area for families and Kids.

Fantastic pool, yummy breakfast and nice rooms

Staff was good !!!

Every year I come to Singapore I always question moving out from the city to the island for a few days ……. But once there I am reminded why I and my best friend (who meet from opposite sides of the globe) love to come to Sentosa . The staff were great but a particular shout out to Maha who was incredibly helpful when our check in was delayed and checked in with us repeatedly during our stay . Shangri La is in a beautiful secluded spot and the pool and beach are unsurpassed in Singapore . Thank...

Really enjoyed our stay especially liked the ‘resort’ feel

Really nice hotel, shuttle service provided to the beach and shopping mall. Would recommend.

Amazing stay in the Ocean Suites. Nothing was too much trouble and we were made to feel like royalty. The room is out of this world - we watched the aquarium for hours! Very handy for local attractions with buggy service everywhere. Special thanks to Chester, William, Eric and David for making the first part of our honeymoon trip so fantastic.

Clean rooms, excellent staff and a brilliant pool

Great location in Sentosa, good transport options, sumptuous breakfast

We have stayed multiple times in various hotels in Singapore (including some fancy central city hotels), but this is the first time I've felt, wow - I want to come back here. Peaceful, great pool and facilities, excellent breakfast - great views of marina. Not in the thick of things if you are looking for that, but easy enough to get to city centre or other parts of Santosa Is by shuttle or taxi if you want. For us - perfect spot for relaxing to break flight from UK to New Zealand.

A beautiful resort with friendly staff. It is slightly out of the way, but taxis in Singapore are very inexpensive so that was not a problem. Overall, the staff have been well trained and go out of their way to assist you. The only slight problem is with room service who try hard to please, but have difficulty understanding English.

Air conditioning was awesome and needed. Such a great location and easily accessible to all things available to see and do in Sentosa. Mins walk to everywhere or the tram was so easy to ride.
