The staff were polite and incredibly helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. One suggestion I have is to consider adding a clock, perhaps on the work desk or bedside table, as it would make it easier for guests to keep track of time. I was particularly impressed by the efficiency of your taxi-calling service. On the morning of my airport transfer, I reserved a buffer of 10-15 minutes, but to my surprise, the taxi arrived within minutes. This efficiency significantly reduced my stress and ensured I had ample time before my flight.
