"This was a great house for our group of 17 adults. Location was perfect with a very short walk to the beach and we also had access to the golf cart. The house was well equipped with everything we needed and the host was VERY responsive. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Destin. "

"Unit is directly on the beach. However you have to walk thru one of the guest bedrooms to gain access or walk around the complex. It was a little weird to walk in and out of someone’s bedroom. The only other negative was there was no storage anywhere. No closets or a pantry. However we had a good time for a 3 generation vacation."

"This is our second trip to PCB, as a "second chance" since the last one left us some bad taste at a different property. We're impressed how this one turned out despite the surrounding vibe didn't quite feel like family atmosphere. But the townhouse made up for it, manager was very responsive and straight forward, property was clean and comfy (not sure about one of the sofas though). Thank you, we'll be back."
