The Space:
Have a very comfortable vacation at our Los Cabos II unit #4. This small complex is located less than half a block to the public beach access. There are 2 off street dedicated free parking spaces. Property has a pool in the courtyard with sun loungers to enjoy after a day at the beach.
Our first floor condo is 1 level with no stairs, and has.a very unique outdoor patio with furniture & a gas grill to BBQ up some fun food. Please bring LP/gas as we don't provide that. This condo is all tile floors, granite counters, stainless appliances & a fully equipped kitchen with all you need for family meals. Kitchen has both an eat in counter and a large dining table.
Featuring a very nice layout with a master bedroom with a king bed, en suite full bathroom, and a 2nd bedroom with a queen bed and two twin beds. Up to 8 guests are included - please note an infant is considered in this count. We do also have an airbed & pump in the closet - please bring extra bedding if you'd like to use that. We do include a basic starter of soaps, trash bags, etc though not unlimited. Towels & linens are included.
There is a 2nd full bath between the master & 2nd bedroom as well as a stackable washer & dryer for quick swimsuit clean up. We provide a unique e lock code for you stay so you dont have to worry about keys. The living room and master bedroom have smart TVs + we have high speed internet/wifi in the condo.
While we have the best available Internet/wifi from spectrum they are the only provider on the island and up time and coverage can be spotty at times we want you to be aware of that
If you can't find the network name SouthPadreTrips it's usually means we had a power outage and when the power comes back on It typically defaults the router to the factory network name and password, which is located on a sticker on top of the router.
Generally, if you reboot the router by unplugging it for a few minutes and plugging it back in it will pop up
Property is professionally managed by South Padre Trips at 2600 Padre Blvd should you need something. Los Cabos II is at 125 E Esperanza - if you use an online map app you will see just how very close it is to the beach. At the end of the street are two well known restaurants, Blackbeards for seafood, steaks & burgers & Senor Donkey for some good Mexican food & margaritas.
When you get back from the beach, there is an outdoor shower for sand rinse off. Please understand no more than 2 vehicles are allowed & a golf cart is considered a vehicle in that count. This is a family oriented property & is not set up for partying nor unregistered guests please

We bill for either via the Airbnb resolution center prior to arrival. Again, these are fully disclosed for guest convenience as many HOAs are very strict on coverage plans.
Our listing again, REQUIRES that the primary tenant is 25 years of age or older to book & must be present at check in. You MUST contact us prior to booking if you are not 25 - no exceptions - though it IS POSSIBLE sometimes with additional requirements.
Please take note we do require an E sign rental agreement with an attached photo ID after booking is made, We require to maintain our City of South Padre Island Rental License a signed rental agreement you may esign prior to arrival to be checked in with door code therefore you must provide your email address. You must attach a pic of your photo ID OR upload to Airbnb messaging to age verify as 25 years of age or older. If you are not 25, we do NOT allow you to book unless you contact us first :) though it may be possible with additional requirements
Guest Access:
You will have complete private access to our ground floor condo unit which is entirely single level with no stairs for easy navigation. Your stay includes two dedicated off street parking spaces located on the property. Guests have full access to the shared courtyard pool area equipped with sun loungers and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach. You will also enjoy a private outdoor patio space featuring furniture and a gas grill for your personal use. Entry is seamless via a unique electronic door code provided on the day of your arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Our condo is perfectly positioned in the heart of South Padre Island, offering you the ultimate beach lifestyle. You are less than a one minute walk from the pristine sand and surf, making spontaneous beach days effortless. When you are ready to dine, you will find local favorites just steps away at the end of the street. Blackbeards is a go to spot for fresh seafood, steaks, and juicy burgers, while Senor Donkey offers authentic Mexican cuisine and refreshing margaritas. The neighborhood is friendly, laid back, and ideal for families looking to enjoy everything the island has to offer without needing to drive everywhere.
Getting Around:
Getting around South Padre Island is easy and convenient from our location. We provide two dedicated off street parking spaces for your vehicles, and please note that a golf cart is counted as one of these vehicles. If you require additional parking, public options are available at the island intermodal bus station, the local post office, or along Gulf Boulevard. While our central location allows you to walk to the beach and local dining spots within minutes, the island also offers a seasonal shuttle service to help you explore further destinations during your stay.
Other Things to Note:
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please note that the primary tenant must be at least twenty five years of age and present for the duration of the reservation. We require a signed rental agreement and a copy of a valid photo identification to be submitted after booking. Check in time is at three in the afternoon, and check out is at eleven in the morning. Parking is limited to two vehicles, with golf carts counted as a vehicle. Please observe quiet hours from ten at night until nine in the morning. No smoking, parties, or unauthorized guests are permitted. Guests are responsible for basic cleaning at checkout, including setting the thermostat to seventy eight degrees, starting the dishwasher, and removing all trash. We provide a starter supply of household essentials, so please plan to bring additional items for longer stays.

Our property is professionally managed by the South Padre Trips team located at 2600 Padre Boulevard. Our office is open seven days a week from 9 am to 5 pm to assist you with any needs during your stay. For communication, we recommend using the platform messaging system for the fastest response times. We are dedicated to ensuring you have a comfortable visit and are available to help with any questions or concerns that may arise while you are here.
