"It was a little rocky at check in when we didn’t get a king size bed that was reserved, but the hotel made it right and they were very apologetic. Room is dated, but it was clean and beds were comfy. Restaurant with the hotel was great also. Food and drinks were amazing. Bartenders had great personalities and were fun to chat with. Prices was great and would stay again."

"Our room was very clean. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Two pools with plenty of lounge chairs to accommodate the guests. The breakfast in the Windjammer was very good with a great view of the pools and Gulf. The world famous “Whiskey Shack” by the pools had the best bartender, Raphael! He made our days at the pool enjoyable with his service and drinks. "

"When I reserved for this room I expected to get the room I reserved. Instead when I entered the room that was assigned to me was not with partial ocean view. I went to let the staff know and they were giving me a hard time to change my room for what I had paid. Once they finally gave me the room I expected, I entered the room but the AC was not working so, again I had to go notify the staff ( it was fixed). After retyrning to my room from my day out the key to the room was not working to open the door, I again had to go to the front desk to get another key. I had to contact room service because the showere curtain was removed and not replaced. The bed I had was stained as well as pillow case. I expected better as this hotel is supposed to be "a 5 star hotel". I will not reserve there again."
