The rooms and hotel itself were nice. The pools and stuff were just geared toward smaller kids I think. The pools were only 3-feet deep, so my teenagers didn't really want to get in them. We booked the hotel because they had three pools, but they were all the same. I'm not saying the place was bad in any way, just not for families with older teens.

Wonderful resort we enjoyed everything. My husband is handicap in a wheelchair due to a stroke a year ago so we really needed to have accessibility. They accommodated us with handrails in the bathroom and ramps automatic doors. It was extremely helpful. We ate at the restaurant in the dining room the food was wonderful. We also had lunch in the back by the beach. The food was great. We swam in the pool I had a cocktail at the pool bar. Everything was clean the staff was friendly shout out to Josie at the front desk without her I would have been lost…She was a godsend. Thanks you Josie, and everyone who helped us. Can’t wait to come back ❤️

Our room was great and spacious. We booked the 1 bedroom suite with bunk beds. The pools were great. Staff was great and super helpful. Ate dinner at Azul and the food was very good. We will definitely stay here again.
