Room and bathroom were clean. Staff were very nice and helpful. Had both cold and hot pools which were nice to enjoy at different times of the day. Wish the property would’ve had a drink package or cheaper drinks. Also had to wait for our room to be ready past check in time. Seems like they were a bit short staffed during our stay as some restaurants weren’t open when they said they would be. Overall great and relaxing experience though! We enjoyed food and activities just a short walk/drive from the resort!

We were provided a free upgrade to a condo that was exceptional. Our family loves this resort and has frequented often as you don't need to leave the property and we can cook most of our meals in when needed. We love the beach access, pools, hot tubs and shuffle board. The staff always friendly and helpful. We did not eat at restaurant (daughter has food allergies) but I don't doubt it is also excellent.
