Check-in was simple and fast. The receptionist greeted me happy and with a smile. Everything was clean in our room and did'nt have any issues. Everything is clean and well taken care of. I will definitely book again

After a week stay and I had 2 rooms side by side. it was tolerable some things need upgrading for the location and price, tv’s are so cheap these days no reason to have one from 1900’s both room are outdated and upgrad your cable service for more channels, both rooms need showers upgraded tubs were patchy and old, AC worked amazing, easy access to pool which was very clean my fav thing about the hotel, under staffed confirmed by the manager, beds were amazing, but lacks breakfast service or coffee atleast. Overall 3 star service just reinvest more to upgrades and this will surely be a 4 star hotel easily

Rooms need updates, along with the microwaves, and mini fries. Staff was friendly didn't have any issues with them. Environment wasn't the best not because of the place but the people. Though I a bit concerned about the doors they didn't seem to secure and locks seemed loose.

Pet friendly there is a fee and a deposit. It is a cash deposit so you have to let them inspect the room before you leave to get your deposit back however it wasn’t an issue for us. We got our deposit back. This was the first time taking our dog on vacation with us and couldn’t have had a better experience. The staff was helpful and kind. Very professional for the price. Definitely worth what you’re paying for. You got a deal, we have to budget vacation. This hotel in South Padre will be one of the few vacations we add to our roster that is not a cruise.

Great value. My stay was great and I had an awesome time! I will be back - already have been several times! Friendly office staff. Good housekeepers. South Padre Island is a real gem. Just don't trash our beaches or waters. Enjoy! Be safe!!!
