Looks like a new hotel and is very modern and elegant. The location is great and would highly recommend this hotel if looking to explore the Dotonburi. The hotel is comfortable and clean and the staff are excellent and attentive.

Exactly like the pictures. All the necessary facilities for the families or groups. Had the 2 kids in the bunk above 2 double beds. Staff very helpful. Can leave luggage if u arrive early or have a later flight. Allowed earlier check in or later checkout if possible. Great location.

The location is great, easy access from the trains, without needing to set foot on the open streets. There’s even a shopping mall and 14 story department store below, which other comparable hotels cannot match. Beautiful lounge and bars leading to the reception in the sky above Osaka. Very professional but friendly and welcoming staff. Comfortable and clean family run Ryokan

it is clean and spacious apartment , with the essential product provided, it’s priced quite reasonable.

Our stay at Hotel Trusty Osaka Abeno was comfortable and hassle-free. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and pleasantly spacious. Its convenient location near Tennoji Station made commuting to various tourist attractions in Osaka extremely easy. The staff was courteous and always ready to assist. Overall, it was a smooth and relaxing experience.

Staff were so friendly

Great stay, location is great for train access, quiet area so no outside distractions when sleeping. There are restaurants and shops close by, so you never have to go far for your Konbini favourites. Staff friendly and the room was cleaned every day.
