BEWARE. The property was a Best Western before it got flipped and it shows. The rooms themselves are nice and clean but the property is in an extremely rough neighborhood and the staff do not give a flying F. The singular desk staffer laughed in our faces when we pointed out that we had been waiting outside in the parking lot for half an hour because she was late for her lunch. Other patrons noted that their keys randomly stopped working and she was completely unhelpful. This place is genuinely so badly run it's crazy.

I booked a room 2 queen beds. They gave me a king bed room. I did complain and I have to wait more than an hour to get in. My kids did mad and mad because they sitting on the lobby waiting
