"Property is well cared for and rooms very attractive and comfortable. The beach is directly across the street from the hotel, and the hotel provides chairs, towels, and an umbrella. We spent several days going to the rooftop bar and pool after a full day at the beach. It’s well located for walking around central Oceanside, with a number of bars and good food just a block or two away. The only thing I wish we knew before the last 2 days was about the O’side Circuit, an inexpensive ride share ($3 for 1 person, $6 for 2 or more). We had a couple of small issues at the hotel and the staff was all over them with an apology and a smile. I highly recommend this property!"

"This property is Amazing! It is wonderful for a large group and the location is PERFECT to be able to walk/quick drive to Restaurants, Coffee shops, Bars, the Beach, the Train, etc. There is a wonderful kitchen that is perfect for staying in and making meals for a large group. The dining table is huge and accommodates your group as well. Living room area is nice for everyone to pull up a chair and hang out, Watch a Padre game or whatever. The rooftop deck was great! The marine layer was in so it was a little chilly out, but on the roof you are blocked by the wind somewhat so it was actually doable. The hot tub is great as well. There is a grill which was nice to use as well.The rooms are spaced perfectly apart so you don't feel like your guests are on top of each other. The second smaller kitchen on the first floor is super handy for the guests downstairs. Although there are a significant amount of stairs, if you have someone in your party that can't go up and down so often, you could have them up where the main area is so they only need to use the stairs when heading out, OR stay on the lower level and you have the little kitchen and washer & dryer down there as well and never have to use the stairs. Rooms are large and each have a bathroom that is extremely roomy! Having a powder room on the 3rd floor by the kitchen was clutch as well!"

"The property was amazing the kitchen was very well stocked with all the cooking utensils I need because I am a cooker and I love it .The rooms are perfect for every individual in my family.i Love the master bed room wit patio over looking the private beach .the kids love their bunk bed with a extra bonus room very comfortable beds in each room prenty of towels linen living room had plenty of seating for my family of 8 large table for eating and the most of all the patio in the living area over looking the private beach amazing you can also walk t down stair too light your private fire place I can’t say enough about this property the area is very quiet and qua"

"We stayed for 4 nights during the Christmas holiday and it was fantastic! The views from every floor are incredible and the primary bedroom offers complete relaxation. The bathtub in the primary bathroom had great jets too! The kitchen was well stocked. The only thing missing was a mandolin. The beds were comfortable and the pool table provided for great indoor fun. The water is steps away and there is a great outdoor fire pit with seating nearby. I’d definitely stay here again with a family of 5."
