"the property itself is amazing. From the check in through the stay, the people are very helpful and quite friendly. the 2nd floor public area for complimentary breakfast is made even better by the unobstructed view of the ocean. Sitting there in the mornings was quite relaxing. But our room's bathroom was really small. In fact the vanity is in a different room which is a good idea except the shower and toilet room is so small it is tough move around. Our window A/C unit was more difficult to set up than it should have been."

"Incredible stay. The location is fantastic. It was such a pleasure being steps to the beach and the complimentary beach gear was so amazing so you could really enjoy the full experience. Even had boogie boards and sand toys! So many places to eat within walking distance it was hard to choose! Beautiful sunsets, and the staff were all amazing. The daily activities for guests and the kids felt above and beyond. The adult hot tub temp was nice and hot, with a cooler one for the kids. Free underground parking out of the heat. The property grounds were all very clean and orderly. Some other reviews I noticed talked about rooms needing updating, but in my experience updates usually come with price increases so be careful what you wish for! I will take it as-is anyday over a higher price with some new grout. We cant wait to return."

"This property is a 10 on location. The view and beach access were just amazing. It was very clean and spacious for our family and we had a great time there. That being said the house is in very much need of some TLC. It is very old dated with the cheapest possible appliances and the towels were awful. The kitchen is very hodgepodge. The fridge didn’t work for 24 hours causing us to toss some food I didn’t trust. The slider to the beach access is impossible to open and the gates are broken and rusty. The fireplace on the lower patio isn’t working and the furniture there looks like a storage unit. I think of the possibilities of this house with a little attention and it would be spectacular but I left a little disappointed."
