It isn’t far from the pier, restaurants, and shopping. There are nice areas to sit and enjoy. The beach is only accessible on foot for a few hours a day. The was crashing the rocks is very relaxing. They make it seem like this is an updated, cozy beach stay but the place feels more like a poorly done DIY project. The outdoor parts of this property were disappointing and could benefit from some sprucing up. The location was good in that it was on the ocean but since I didn’t find the lounge chair area to be appealing or relaxing, I didn’t enjoy it. Outside of the ocean, the location is slightly sketchy. The gate never fully locked so that wasn’t exactly calming. My last and most important complaint is the property management. If you want to check in early you can but it will cost you $50 just for 2 extra hours. Check out is also earlier than usual at 10 am but don’t worry, you can check out late for a fee! It’s money grubbing and frankly really off putting. I wouldn’t stay here again and I wouldn’t recommend anything managed by this company to a friend. ##### Robin M.
