"Overall it was very nice….the bed and hideabed were not the best but they had everything you needed and the back yard was the best! There were 4 condos and each had their own outdoor sitting area with a fire pit but you could also sit out in the sand area and visit with your neighbors!"

"The house was just as described. The ocean view was amazing! Each room was clean, had its own bathroom and had plenty of towels. We had 2 units which included 2 kitchens that were stocked with all of the dishes and utensils we needed. We hardly used our cars as it was an easy walk to the beach and coffee shops and even a great street fair. Communication with the host was easy and pleasant although we didn’t have any real issues. I highly recommend and would stay again !"

"The major draw of this place is the ocean. The views are incredible and you can hear and see the calming rhythm of the waves all day long. The main living space and upstairs balcony were great, and there is a nice outdoor area of sand where there is a firepit and lots of seating-- all right in front of the ocean. There are 8 bedrooms and we had plenty of space to sleep with 13 members at our family reunion.I would agree with prior reviewers that the place is a bit dated/worn, and the kitchen is small. There are two parking spaces in front but we could not really fit our larger cars (though street parking was not a problem). The beach that is walking distance is rocky and steep and was not a good fit for my elderly parents. I would recommend Oceanside Harbor beach for anyone looking for a family friendly wide, flat and calm beach."

"We were extremely happy with this choice and had a wonderful week here in July ‘26. The location was great, the rental was super clean, the pictures matched, and the description was spot on. Oh, and they literally have a garage full of kids sand toys, boogie boards, wet suits, a SUP board, a couple surfboards, many chairs, life vests for all sizes, bikes, coolers, a high chair, a safety gate, an extra refrigerator/freezer and things I’m forgetting.We brought our 9 month old, and out 2 year old, and it was perfect all the way around. You are far enough from the busy area, but close enough to walk or drive. Yes, there are stairs to go up, but you don’t have anyone above you making noise. Views for miles and loved watching the sail boats and ocean traffic passing by.We had an excellent trip and working with the owner through VRBO or text message was super easy! We would DEFINITELY stay here again!"
