The ac could be better I had it set in 69 and the room didn’t feel like it

Things we liked: close to beach, staff was awesome, nice amenities, great location, garage felt safe, hotel was very clean. Things that could be improved: bed was very hard and uncomfortable, no microwave, breakfast needs improvement- eggs, sausage, and bacon could be higher quality.

This property is in a great area of San Diego/Gadlamp. Great for families or if you are traveling as a couple and/or alone. Young adults would have a ball with so many bars and music going on in the area. The pool bar / 5 o'clock Somewhere is a hit. Brett and Travis are great and it was a lit of fun. The pool was very clean with pool chairs , tables, and music. The room was clean and very comfortable. My partner and I took the amtrak train to San Diego and didn't need to park. However, hotel has parking and bikes that you can rent/borrow. The first 2 hrs are free. If you stay at this hotel make sure to have breakfast at least one day at the Gaslamp Breakfast Cia across the street. It is delicious. After 10 pm you can get something to eat at the Melt. Go have fun and fin up!!!
