"The property is great. Cozy. Family friendly. Good location. A lot of stairs to the property so if you are not stair friendly, this is not a place for you. We were fine with it. Property management was very responsive when we had an issue with loud construction. We looked forward to QUIET time to rest out of the city and sadly the inconsiderate people upstairs thought it was appropriate to work until 11pm and start again at 5am on a weekend. Unbelievable. "We enjoyed our 5 day stay in the home which was in a great location. It’s only minutes from Heavenly and to many popular beaches. The check in and communication with host was very good. Upon entry I think the overall cleanliness could have been a bit better, specifically the bathroom and kitchen. There weren’t enough wash cloths and hand towels for everyone, they were very wrinkled and hard to the touch. I communicated this with host and they graciously brought more. "The house was cute. Unfortunately, the front and back yard need some TLC. The photos listed look like a decent space to sit and enjoy the outside and that is why we booked it. When we arrived there were 2-3 foot weeds all over. The patio furniture was dirty. There were also wired metal chairs covered in cobwebs with no cushions. "Staff was friendly and helpful. We thought there wasn't an ice machine but we found one just beyond the kitchen next to the exit sign. Love the complimentary smore's from 7pm-9pm. We saw a bear from our balcony! It was really cool to see but guest definitely need to be careful not to leave any food or scented toiletries in their car, as the bears have been know to break it if they smell somthing yummy."

"The bed was super comfy, the breakfast had a nice variety of hot and cold choices, the AC was awesome, and the shower wash and shampoo smelled yummy :) the only difficult part is finding a parking spot sometimes. It’s also on a very busy corner, so turning left out of the parking lot is not possible at certain times."
