"The staff was great from the valet to the check in. Many amenities I wish we would have had time to use. The rooms was very nice spacious and clean. I would have preferred being closer to the lake but was only a short drive. During ski season this is probably a prime location considering it's proximity to the mountain."

"Great, safe area to stay. Be aware they do charge for parking but I think most places do in this area. Breakfast was about average of most hotels. Bonus that it did start early if you’re an early riser. Hot, free coffee all day and does have an attached Hamburger place that will deliver to the hotel. Also, laundry facilities on property. "

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. They didn’t mind that my family and I played charades (with two kids under 10) laughing and giggling in the main checkin area. We also enjoyed every consumable product in the room - shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, hand soap, etc. It was all high quality. The pool was clean and well-maintained. The walk to both the beach and the shopping area at Heavenly were easy and convenient. We especially loved the s’mores around the firepit and the picnic area with corn hole! We will definitely stay here again. "

"Since it was located next to the lake, it was easily accessible, and it was nice to get around without driving because there were convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The downside was that there was no parking lot, so it was inconvenient to have to use valet parking."
