• Lakeland Village amenities: two pools, including a year-round heated pool and a seasonal lakeside pool, plus a seasonal wading pool, two shared hot tubs, sauna, fitness center, private beach and pier, lakeside fire pits, seasonal BBQs, and boat buoys (first-come, first-served). The lakeside pool and wading pool are open during the summer months only.

You are just minutes from Heavenly Ski Resort, world-class golfing, hiking, biking, Emerald Bay, dining options, shopping destinations, and Whole Foods Market. Boat, Bike, SUP and kayak rental are within walking distance in the summer, and ski/snowboard rental in the winter.

Parking passes must be displayed in your vehicle while parked on the property and returned to the home at checkout. If a pass is taken from the property, it must be returned or shipped back within 72 hours (tracking required) or a $250 fee will apply.
