With four large bedrooms, a huge living area, hot tub, and loft with pool table and TV, this home is designed for gracious Tahoe living. Just a mile from Heavenly and El Dorado Beach, and a quick jaunt to Bijou Park for snowshoeing and cross-country skiing. Bring the whole family — this home is dog friendly.

    This home accommodates up to 8 adults, 10 all together if children ages 13 and under are included. This applies 24/7.

    Centrally located just one mile to Heavenly or El Dorado Beach. Just past your private hot tub is the gateway to Bijou Park — enjoy snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, or building a snowman in winter. Take a relaxing walk in summer or try disc golf and the skate park. Every activity Tahoe has to offer is just a walk, ride, or short drive away.

Rented this location for a romantic getaway. The place was overkill for just the two of us, but the space and amenities were just what we wanted. Jet tub in the master bedroom was perfect. The host/company was very helpful and responsive. Only complaint would be the bed…very firm. I get that works for some people. Also felt like it was over priced.

Absolutely amazing stay with R&R Vacation Rentals! The home was spotless, spacious, beautifully maintained, and in the perfect South Lake Tahoe location — close to the beach and main strip while still feeling peaceful and secluded in the trees. The layout was perfect for large groups, the beds were comfortable, and the amenities like the hot tub, game loft, double-island kitchen, and dog-friendly touches made it feel like a luxury home away from home. We celebrated birthdays and anniversaries here and truly made unforgettable memories. We will absolutely be booking with R&R Vacation Rentals again!

We had a wonderful stay at this house. It was by far the cleanest vacation rental we've ever stayed in, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The location was excellent and convenient to everything we wanted to do.The open-concept kitchen and living room were huge and provided the perfect gathering space for our family. Whether we were cooking meals, playing games, or just relaxing together, the layout made it easy for everyone to spend time together.Overall, this was an ideal home for a family trip, and we would definitely stay here again. The only minor drawback was that the beds were a bit firmer than we prefer, but that didn't take away from the experience.

It accommodated our group of 8 easily, with room to spare. The house was clean, although many (40+) floor tiles were broken when we arrived and were a bit of a hazard for our kids. The grill had a tough time heating up and staying at a high temperature. Outside of that, we truly enjoyed the property.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The stay was fine but the owners said that we (a group of 8 early 30 year olds) were responsible for drawing all over a childrens play table. They also tried to charge us for multiple small damaages that we were clearly not responsible for. I could not help but feel a little like this was par for the course. Not to mention that, while appointed, the house felt a bit run down. If you stay, be sure to report every damage you see. We also found a used mask under a bed. A little gross but not a dealbreaker, I guess. I won't rent from this company again, unfortunately.

Everything was amazing! The house, property managers, and skiing!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is huge, every room has so much space, you can have 12 people sleeping in beds. The rest of the house is very spacious too, with very large spaces with an open kitchen with a double island. The hot tub was great post-skiing, and the regular maintenance provided by the property management always kept it clean. I can't speak highly enough of how much we enjoyed our stay, everything was perfect. Other things to mention: 3 car garage, pool table, snow removal, 3.5 bathrooms, responsible property managers, also did I mention it was huge?What an amazing winter it was too, a record snow year, and no issues whatsoever in the home. Looking forward to next year! Gracias totales!

The bedroom set-up is also nice and the kids love the upstairs area. The front deck is our favorite hangout in the morning and evening overlooking the forest across the street.

Feet and socks were black our first day. We mopped several times and the tile was still dirty. Window cranks didn't work and only a few windows would open. It was very hot week and no air or ability to open the windows was not fun. Pillows were flat and uncomfortable so bring your own.Fridge wouldn't stay closed and the BBQ would not heat up past 250 degrees. But other than that the home was very nice and centrally located.
