Looking for the perfect one or two family vacation rental? Look no further! Our 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home is completely remodeled and furnished with comfortable beds and flat screen televisions. Best of all, the house is located in a great neighborhood and is only about 1.5 miles to the lake, 1.5 miles to Heavenly, and 2 miles to the casinos (or about a $15 Uber ride!). If you are looking to save money by cooking at home, you will be thrilled to find Safeway located just about 1 mile away; Safeway also has some of the cheapest gas in town.

There is parking for 2 cars. The house has a central heating system for the winter and ceiling fans throughout for the summertime. High speed wireless Internet and cable television are included.

If you enjoy golfing, but do not want to spend the entire day at course, the local municipal 9 hole golf course is close by. The Bijou Community Park is approximately 1/2 mile from the house and offers a Skateboard Park, Disc Golf Course, Dog Park, Volleyball & Basketball Courts, and plenty of room for recreation. Access to the city's bicycle path is half a block down the street from the house.

Based on City of South Lake Tahoe regulations, maximum occupancy is 6 adults and up to 5 children age 13 or under and maximum number of vehicles is 2. There is a king bed in the downstairs master bedroom, a queen bed in the downstairs guest bedroom, a queen and daybed with two separate twin mattresses in the mid-level room, and one king bed and one queen bed in the upstairs room. The layout is perfect for a large family, for two families, or for a good group of friends looking to have a good time in town, on the slopes, or on the lake and then return to a pleasant and peaceful neighborhood. Please note the mid-level room is a pass through bedroom, meaning folks need to walk through to get to the upstairs bedroom, so not as private as the other three bedrooms.

The house is equipped with an electronic lock so you do not have to worry about sharing or losing a key, and it is equipped security cameras to help safeguard your property.

Minimum age for the renter is 30 years old.
