Also, there are two washing machine/dryer area in this house one on the 2nd floor and the other on the 3rd Floor.

Enjoy mountain views from a private balcony in the spacious master king bedroom suite. This suite has a large queen sofa bed to relax in. A double sided fireplace gives extra warmth and ambiance to both bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom has a large separate shower and a jacuzzi tub and a walk-in closet.


Bedside the master suite is another suite with 2 queen beds and a wheelchair accessible bathroom for grandma.

The rest of the 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are on the top floor. The lift provides ease of movement to this floor. All the bedrooms feature a flat screen TV with DVD player. Each bedroom also has its own heater thermostat.

Down in the ground floor is the pool room, tiled in slate and also warmed by the hydronic heating features a large indoor swimming pool, a sauna, and a steam shower and a half bath. A large 7 man hot tub is situated just outside the pool room on a deck which also leads up to the kitchen/dining area.

From the pool area walk down to then media family room featuring a wet bar, and a fireplace and a 106" film screen In the middle of the room is a full sized pool table. Enjoy films in 11 lounging chairs. Also, this can work well for presentations if you plan a corporate retreat for a privileged group or video presentations during family reunions.
