4-bedroom 2 stories house is located in a gated community close to Lake Tahoe. 10-20 mins walk (5 min drive) to Stateline casinos, Lakeside Beach, Heavenly Ski Resort, shops & restaurants at Heavenly Village, and the gondola up to Heavenly for skiing/snowboarding.

Lakeside Beach charge $25 per adult which is 10 minutes away by walk; free beach is El Dorado Beach which takes 5 minutes by drive.

Tahoe has prohibited open-flame BBQs. The BBQ area in community is not allowed to be used.

4 bedrooms(4 queen size) and 3 bathrooms

Provided cooking and dining amenities, 8 bath towels.

Located in a gated community, but bears still can get in at night time.

10-20 minute walk (or 5 minute drive) to Stateline casinos, Heavenly Ski
Resort, shops and restaurants at Heavenly Village, and the gondola for skiing/snowboarding at Heavenly.

Fits up to 8 guests, including infants.

A mental issue woman lives in community yells loud from time to time, no harm. Please check our reviews to see how previous guest experiences have been.

The cleaning crew will assist the garbage cans to outside of garage around 8:30am on Monday morning . Please leave some space so cleaning crew can move the trash bins out from the garage. Please assist the empty garbage cans back to garage.

Only two car allowed and the garage doors are quite narrow(6 feet wide) please don't coming with a truck, or you need to find street parking out the community.

Nice condo

The condo is nice -better than the pics.Pros-location convenient for skiing, it's mostly clean(except one bedroom)Cons- the table is tiny- can hardly seat 5 ppl,all the pots and pans are burned(no dishwasher can clean those but the cleaners can), no water glasses-only coffee mugs,no salad bowl,no salt (usually the rentals have sugar and salt),there was one tiny(2"x3") sponge and no extra paper towels-how does one expect the tenants to keep the kitchen clean then?The stove grates had a missing part, which almost cause a bad accident.
