Economical Home - Convenient Location Bordering National Forest!

This 4 bedroom home is conveniently located off Pioneer Trail - just minutes from Heavenly Ski Resort! The wooded neighborhood provides the perfect backdrop for long summer walks and the property backs to National Forest land. The living area is on the main floor with two bedrooms, each with a double bed, and a bath adjacent. Upstairs there are two large bedrooms, one with two doubles, the other with two queens and a double, and the second bath.
The home is approximately 1600 square feet.
The home is equipped with a wood-burning fireplace, complimentary WIFI, flatscreen tv, DVD player, washer/dryer, sunny open deck VR Permit# 073683

We want you to enjoy your stay but please understand your property is located in a residential neighborhood. Please be aware that strict ordinances govern Lake Tahoe vacation rentals. Neighbors are sensitive to noise. Excessive noise or over-occupancy at any time of day could result in guest fines (as well as fines assessed against the homeowner). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy will result in eviction. Absolutely no use of the hot tub between 10 PM and 8 AM per ordinance. Quiet hours must be observed from 10 PM till 8 AM but please be aware that excessive noise at any hour could be actionable. Maximum occupancy is enforceable by fines during quiet hours.

Cozy and family friendly

The house was cozy though the furniture could be a bit better. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed for our 5 day stay. It's conveniently located and the driveway was cleared of snow when we arrived. We thoroughly enjoyed our white Christmas and will highly recommend it for family vacation.
