The staff at checkin were awesome - very friendly and helpful. The happy hour bar tender was great, the Broken Keel Restaurant had a very good breakfas and valet service was excellent! The room was very clean and looked out over the Savannah River. We could not be happier with our stay. We will definitely return.

Staff (minimal as it is) was very polite and helpful. Overall, the facility was nice, quite industrial, practical. The noises of the city were quite aggravating -- waste bins banging against each other (by people or trucks) were annoying; the screaming motorcycles were way too much. Several cars were also very noisy but nothing close to the motorcycles. The walk to our "apartment" was excessive -- especially when you have to load your own cart and push it all to the room. We aren't likely to return.
