"Room was updated and beautiful. Buffet was good. Always something to eat. Staff was helpful. Beach chairs need to be resorted at 6am (think Hunger Games). À la cartes did not take reservations and so we ended up going off the resort to eat - which was fantastic. I would recommend this hotel for families with small children but would likely say you don’t need to do an all inclusive in Aruba. "

"Stay at Westerly was amazing. The staff goes above and beyond in every aspect. Also extremely kind people. Everything is very clean and all furniture/appliances are new. Another plus is that the beds are very comfy. The food was amazing and drinks are even better. They pay very close attention to detail and want to make sure you have a stress-free vacation. Beautiful beach with no seaweed, and great beachside food/drink service. Truly lives up to the islands motto of “One Happy Island”. Overall amazing experience and we definitely will be coming back in the future. "

The location is very convenient, just a short 300-meter walk from a variety of restaurants, making it easy to explore dining options nearby while still enjoying a peaceful resort atmosphere. Breakfast is outstanding, offering a wide selection of high-quality, delicious food and drinks. The setting makes it even more special — the breakfast restaurant is located right by the beach, providing beautiful morning views that enhance the entire experience. Dining at Ruinas del Mar is also a highlight. The restaurant has a unique and charming atmosphere, surrounded by water features and fish-filled pool, creating a relaxing and memorable setting. The dishes are flavorful and well-prepared. While the service could be improved slightly, it does not take away from the overall positive experience. The rooms are spacious, modern, and recently renovated, giving a fresh and comfortable feel throughout the stay. Overall, Hyatt offers an exceptional combination of comfort, location, and ambiance, making it a great choice for a relaxing and enjoyable stay."

"The hotel was right on the beach with access to two pools. Breastfed buffet offered a variety of different food and was 2 min walk to a cafe on property. Directly across the street was evening entertainment from restaurants with live music and many vendors. I found it to be very walkable to mini supermarket and butterfly farm."

"Upon arrival check-in was easy. The WiFi access provided was decent. This is a VERY kid friendly resort. If you are not traveling with kids, you may want to consider staying elsewhere. It was just fine for me and my boys. I wish I was told about the different amenities when I checked in as opposed to discovering things as I went. Here are some things to note: - There is a gift shop (pricey) that has basic necessities as well (aspirin, snacks, aloe products etc.) You wouldn’t see if unless you were told or are staying on that side of the resort. - You can reserve the cabanas a day in advance. Otherwise get out there early to get a spot. - The beach is across the street. A quick walk down the block will take you to the beach where those staying at the embassy have access to chairs and shade. The beach here is rocky. Bring water shoes. Food on the resort: Breakfast: free and delicious (get packed fast. Come down early) Lunch: fine and pricey Dinner: expensive and wasn’t good at all (in my opinion) The room: A decent size and clean. The beds were much more firm than I like It. The staff: Friendly enough and available to answer all questions. "

"Great location but reception staff very rude. The hotel itself needs upgrades and better cleaning. Had all inclusive packages but still had to pay for beach umbrellas and were told we are being charged last day of stay. Initially we were told that palapas are not free and have to be reserved. I think they don’t tell you on purpose. We were charged 40$ for umbrellas each day. "
