The food was amazing, our room was very clean, and house keeping was offered every day. Great view from our balcony as well of the resort and the ocean.
The staff is very helpful, knowledgeable & always have a smile on their faces.
It was great to see Xiomara at the front desk as usual. She’s always so pleasant. She really represents the Hyatt in the most positive way.
The restaurants/bar staff especially Seychell Tricia and Josie are great.
The beach crew is great and the cleaning staff do an excellent job.
Just can’t beat the location. Great adult pool area with a phenomenal and friendly staff. The grounds are super well maintained with cute wildlife scurrying about. Was easy to reserve a palapa or poolside chair. Staff always made sure the room had tons of bottled water, clean towels and coffee pods. Only suggestion would be to make the check-in process more welcoming - maybe explain how to access the amenities and offer a welcome drink.
I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency Aruba for two nights, and overall, I had a wonderful experience. The resort is beautiful, the location is excellent, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The property is well maintained, and being right on the beach made the stay even more enjoyable. I really appreciated the atmosphere and the convenience of being close to restaurants and shopping. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Aruba.
Aruba is the best vacation I've ever been on. The hotel resort & beach are breath taking. The staff were very polite & friendly. The food was excellent but pricey as I didn't book an all inclusive package but it was still well worth it. I highly recommend booking an excursion to Depalm Island. You can rent cabanas and eat and drink for for free within that package deal. If you're looking to get away and go on a relaxing vacation.. look no further and book The Hyatt Regency Hotel. You will not be disappointed!!
Great experience at the Hyatt. Very chill environment. Boutique yet fully equipped. Check out piccolo for excellent cuisine and warm service, especially from Neves.
I love this resort very clean my room was sparkling
The stuff was amazing
Love the pool bar
My family and friends had a blast time can waiting to come back
Property was in excellent condition the service and staff were professional and friendly. Some lack of communication regarding beach and pool procedures . Overall a great place to stay.
Our family trip included three kids (11, 7, 4) and they all had a blast. Pool/beach amenities were great and the kids really loved the slide which was fun for adults too. Food was great and service was outstanding as expected. We plan to visit again in the future and will be highly recommending to friends and family.
Beautiful property. Excellent restaurants with updated decor and beautiful views. Staff was super. The reason we gave it a 4 star review is they charge extra for the beach umbrellas and palapa. Otherwise there are a few complimentary ones but you need to line up early morning to try and get one. For a hotel of this cost with resort fees to charge extra for the beach left a bad taste.
We stayed in early August and the Hotel staff were awesome. Super friendly and helpful for all pool chair and beach chair needs. Rooms and grounds are clean. This resort is not overcrowded and is very chill. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants, shops, and excursions.
Improvements:
The hotel only had 1 volleyball for the pool and it was old and waterlogged (unusable). When I asked the staff, they said that's all they had. Please invest the $40 in a couple of newer volleyballs!
