Had the best 8 night stay at the westerly! The entire staff was super friendly & helpful. Everything was clean & really nice. The resort is directly on the beach so that was awesome & we had a good view from our room (ocean view)! There was so much to do directly across the street from the resort so that was convenient as well. And the waiters on the beach were the best! Will definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at the Westerly! The room was extremely clean with brand new features. The daily cleaning of the room was great and there was so much attention to detail. From the chair covers on the beach to the wire cable organizers to the checkout treat, everything at the Westerly was fantastic!

Stay at Westerly was amazing. The staff goes above and beyond in every aspect. Also extremely kind people. Everything is very clean and all furniture/appliances are new. Another plus is that the beds are very comfy. The food was amazing and drinks are even better. They pay very close attention to detail and want to make sure you have a stress-free vacation. Beautiful beach with no seaweed, and great beachside food/drink service. Truly lives up to the islands motto of “One Happy Island”. Overall amazing experience and we definitely will be coming back in the future.

Staying at the Westerly made our Aruba experience unforgettable for sure. The staff is amazing and super accommodating and from what I saw throughout the rest of the resort the same could be said outside the Westerly tower. The new tower is gorgeous inside and out. We stayed in the king swim up room and were positioned in the middle on the pool side of resort and it was heavenly and convenient. Walk out straight to a pool shared by I believe 8 other rooms still felt as if it were our personal pool. Even though there were other guests we only shared the pool once with our neighbor for all of 30min of the many hours my wife I spent using it. I was concerned I would miss being higher up for the beach and resort views but all that was forgotten about spending the week walking from our room straight into cooling off from the beach or off resort adventure. We didn’t add any meal plans as my wife and I aren’t huge eaters but upon arriving to check in we were informed that we could add on the Terrace on 10 rooftop access with full service breakfast bar and menu served lunches with all you can drink specialty drinks and beers. The food was Amazing especially the lunches that were beautifully prepared and presented. No dinner service but they serve amazing small bites while having drinks during sunsets. The Staff on the Terrace were incredible. Ishaq, Cindy, Zionn, and Remee made the rooftop experience a one of a kind. Hilton is a beautiful resort! Concierge Robert, amazing.

My stay at The Westerly at Hilton Aruba was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is spectacular, beautifully designed, and exceptionally well maintained. The beach is stunning, with crystal-clear water and soft white sand, and the location is perfect for enjoying everything Aruba has to offer. What truly stood out was the staff. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly, making us feel valued throughout our stay. The service was excellent from check-in to check-out. My only criticism is the beach umbrella reservation system. Considering the premium price of the hotel, I don’t believe guests should have to reserve beach umbrellas in advance. A first-come, first-served approach would be much fairer, allowing guests who arrive at the beach first to choose from the available umbrellas. It was disappointing to see this policy at such a high-end resort. That being said, this was a minor issue compared to an otherwise exceptional experience. I would gladly return and highly recommend The Westerly to anyone visiting Aruba.

The Westerly is truly a great escape! My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Rooms are well appointed and luxurious. Balcony facing the ocean was awesome! Outstanding service and staff. Location is great to explore Palm Beach And also had all the amenities of the Hilton resort to use. High end experience on par with the Rirz!

We stayed here in July Really enjoyed our stay. The Westerly the rooms are beautiful and clean. They provide refillable bottles, and Aloe products from shampoos, body lotion and sunscreen. The staff was helpful and arranged a special surprise for my son’s birthday. They also provide a delicious desert on the last day of your stay. The beach is beautiful the food at the Sunset Grill was great. Location is great right across many restaurants. Would definitely come back to this hotel
