Room was clean and comfortable. Convenient access to the pool and hot tub--right outside your door. Seven suites allowed everyone privacy and plenty of room for sunning and/or swimming. Reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Bakvaal Suites and I would definitely stay there again on a return trip to Aruba.

My stay at Bakval Suites was great! The host was very helpful; responded very quickly to questions. The condo was clean and it has everything I needed during my stay. Comfy bed and clean bathroom. It also come with beach towels, a nice cooler and beach chairs. The pool was big and clean. Very good Internet and A/C. Short walk to Palm beach. I would definitely stay at Bakval Suites again!

I had a very good stay with my family. The owners were quite helpful. We were offered canopy, cooler and chairs for the beach which made my travel lighter and easier..The property is well kept and owners were available for anything we needed! It was quite a warm and happy stay!

We booked our stay here because the usual property we stay at wasn’t available for the first few days of our visit. We were very pleasantly surprised. It was a very clean and spacious room. Very clean, with well maintained pool area and walking distance to beaches but highly recommend a rental car to see beyond! Parking was no issue at all, Property management VERY responsive Nice pool area with grill. We stayed in unit two single bed/bath it was perfect. I was able to see the two bedroom with full kitchen it was awesome! Only small negative I hesitate to mention the bed mattress is too firm for us but would definitely recommend and would come back!! Very reasonable rate!!

A hidden gem. Very quiet area and just a 5 minute walk to the beach behind Marriott. My only complaint is the hottub isnt really a hottub. Then again, the weather is so nice, u dont need it. The tub and pool seems to be designed in a way that water goes from the pool to the tub, which then feeds back to the pool through an overflow hole of some sort. Pretty good idea.

The room and pool were very clean. Very nice quiet place and only a ten minute walk to the beach. FYI, they dont give you fresh towels or bedding unless you ask ,but were there promptly when I asked for fresh towels. I would definitely recommend staying at Bakval Suites!

Clean and well-kept suite in a wonderful location, just a short walk to the beach and convenient bus stops. I especially loved the outdoor cooking area and enjoyed making a few meals during my stay. There were a couple of minor issues—the shower handle needed repair and the water was only lukewarm—but I shared this with the suite personnel, who were responsive and planned to fix it. There were also iguanas living in the ceiling, which occasionally made some noise; however, I spent most of my time outdoors, so it didn’t affect my stay much. Overall, it was a pleasant stay in a great location, and I appreciated the communication and attentiveness of the staff.

We absolutely loved this property. Myself, my husband and 7 year old stayed in #4 for 9 days and it was lovely. The suite was well equipped, the air conditioning worked great, and the bathroom was beautiful with a walk in shower, good water pressure and nice and hot. The bedroom was tastefully decorated, actually the whole property is, whoever decorated is my soul mate decor wise, I love the bohemian theme. My only critique regarding furniture is that the mattress on the bed was quite uncomfortable (this could be an Aruba thing though, perhaps that's how all mattresses here are) and the pull out couch is showing its age. The outdoor kitchen was a huge bonus, we barbequed 4 times during our stay! What a great perk! And then there was the pool... ohhhh the pool - we will miss it dearly. My son spent hours upon hours in there, as did we, it's amazing. My only wish (and this might sound crazy considering the weather) was that the hot tub was hot, I had a really bad back the whole time we were in Aruba and I feel that sitting in a hot tub would've been immensely helpful and relaxing! The parking was great too, we never had an issue getting a spot. The location of this property is fantastic as well, and so quiet and peaceful! And lastly, Ana and Ramon really are great, they gave us extra towels for the beach AND when I asked where to buy sand toys a bag of toys appeared in our suite the same day. And they were so patient, I was quite needy and they were so kind and helpful. Thanks!

Everything was great except for on sheet that looked a little dirty. We took it ok and slept on the other sheets since there were plenty of sheets. Room very nice and clean and well decorated. A nice little guide was in the room and brochure for a massage place near by. Since it is not near transportation a number was provided for a taxi which was super helpful. Chairs and towels for the beach also provided. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. Host was easy to reach via whatsapp
